General characteristics:
- FRAME Made of vaporized beech laminate 8 cm high and 2.5 cm thick with solid wood corners. Lacquered finish.
- ROTULAS Manufactured in Hytrel, of excellent flexibility and resistance.
- SLATS Manufactured in vaporized beech laminates of high elasticity and recovery.
- ARTICULATIONS Manufactured in beech laminate with lacquered finish.
- LEGS 4 legs are necessary for all sizes in one
- piece.
Wood:
Vaporized Beech: The main base of our bed bases is distinguished by the manufacture of frames, joints and slats with vaporized beech laminates that ensure the highest quality and performance The Ball Joints: FlexAction: Thanks to the SBS and Hytrel rubber ball joints, this system maintains a constant and balanced flexibility, giving support and adaptability according to the shape and weight of each part of the body. Hytrel: Hytrel has the best properties of plastic combined with those of natural rubber, providing flexibility and resistance, great elongation and maintaining its properties for a longer period of time.
The plates:
Aeroflex system: This system allows, thanks to the set of two sheets (blue), which is located in the shoulder area, greater flexibility and softness. In this way a total degree of comfort is obtained.
