Don’t worry, at Don Colchón we take back your old products completely free of charge. We are also committed to recycling all the products we collect from our customers’ homes at the EcoPark.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs over 200€ in the provinces of Valencia and Alicante are FREE. In all other cases the shipping costs are not included in the price of the items, they are calculated according to the delivery destination. For the rest, consult prices with the Don Colchón team.
Shipping – delivery time
The delivery time varies depending on whether we have the product in stock, depending on the deadlines of each supplier and logistics organization. You can have the product from the same day to a maximum of 15 working days. Please ask in store to check availability.

Yes, we ship nationally. For the provinces of Valencia and Alicante, orders over 200€ have free shipping. For other regions, please consult with the store for shipping rates.

Do I have to disassemble and remove the old product myself?
No need, our team will dismantle and remove the old product if requested, after prior notice with our team.
Do I have to assemble it myself?
No. At Don Colchón we assemble it at no extra cost, completely free of charge. We take care of the shipping, assembly of the new product, removal of the old one and its recycling.
