Wooden frame: Its natural origin provides greater stability to the structure of the bed base as it is a solid frame. They ensure a high durability in the structure of the bed base. Laminated beech slats: Manufactured with laminated and steamed beech wood, they provide a natural flexibility and elasticity. Beech wood is the best for the manufacture of slats as it provides the best elasticity and recovery. Aeroflex slats: A set of two machined beech slats in blue tone, designed to provide greater flexibility in the shoulder area. This provides an excellent degree of comfort, especially for people who sleep on their side, avoiding excessive pressure. Pivoting rubber ball joints: Thanks to their design of attachment to the frame on a pivot, they act as a ‘spring’ amplifying the adaptability of the slats and minimizing pressure. The ball joints are made of high-strength thermoplastic rubber for greater durability. Pivoting lumbar support: Designed to reinforce the lumbar region. The pivoting lumbar reinforcement joins the sheets in pairs, doubling the level of firmness that each one would offer independently. They are specially designed to enhance the support of the pivoting rubber kneecaps. Machined joint: By machining the parts that make up the joint, we make circular shapes in the final part, ensuring an optimal mobile fit. We achieve a careful aesthetic level and give visual continuity to the movement of the joint Joint reinforcement of bearings: Reinforcement system complementary to the movement of the joints. In an elevated position, it provides additional support to the joint planes. Wheeled design facilitates continuous support during movement. Only available in individual sizes. 5 planes of articulation: The bed of our electric bed bases is divided into five planes of articulation, allowing independent adjustment in the most important areas of our body. It allows to position the articulation planes according to our needs. In models of marriage in one piece the control is wireless.
