General characteristics:
- BASTIDOR _ Made of solid wood of 15.5 x 2.5 cm.
- CORE _ Natural Latex 75 kg/m3, 13.5 and 9 cm pocket springs with natural fibers.
- FINISHING _ Upholstered according to our upholstery chart, 100% cotton fabric on surface with Smattex logo.
- LECHO _ Solid wood sheets transverse to the frame of 5×2 cm.
- EXCLUSIVE LEGS _ 4.5 cm. metal or wood finish.
- TOTAL HEIGHT WITHOUT LEGS _ 32 cm.
- TOTAL QUANTITY OF SPRINGS _ 1800 springs in measure of 180×200 cm.
Frame made of solid wood of 15.5×2.5 cm that gives maximum strength to the structure of the base. At the bottom we insert the transversal slats that support the bed of rest.
The support of the bed is made of solid wood slats placed transversely and partially inserted in the frame, separated from each other to promote transpiration.
The bed is composed of a double core of pocket springs, upper of 13.5 cm and lower of 9 cm. The lower ones are inserted into the structure of the wooden base and are flush with the frame.
The 13.5 cm upper springs are located above the lower springs and are contained by a perimeter reinforcement rod made of steel that prevents the pocket spring from sliding out of the structure.
Compression spring located in the four corners of the frame that prevents excessive compression in the perimeter area by means of the perimeter rod.
2 cm of Natural Latex located in the upper part that provides cushioning on the surface and maximum breathability. On top of the latex we place a layer of natural fiber and then cover the entire base with a 100% cotton fabric with logo.
