General characteristics:
- FRAME _ Made of solid wood of 20 x 2.5 cm. Upholstered finish according to our upholstery chart.
- CORE _ 9 cm pocket springs.
- BED _ Designed with vertical wooden slats separated from each other to improve transpiration, reinforced with solid wood crosspieces. The bed is placed underneath the frame, allowing the pocket springs to be encapsulated by the frame. We complete the design above the springs with Natural Latex and Natural fiber to give greater cushioning, 100% cotton fabric on the surface with the Smattex logo.
- LEGS (not included) _ 4 legs are required for all single sizes and 5 legs are required for double sizes in one piece.
- TOTAL HEIGHT WITHOUT LEGS _ 20 cm.
- TOTAL QUANTITY OF SPRINGS _ 850 springs in measure of 180×200 cm.
Frame made of solid wood of 20×2,5 cm that we use as a structure to place the bed of rest. In this model the bed is below the frame placing on it the pocket springs of 9 cm.
We use solid wood crossbeams to support the weight of the bed and on which the vertical wooden slats rest.
The vertical wooden slats that make up the rest bed are fixed to the crossbeams for greater durability and resistance to wear and tear. They are separated from each other to facilitate the transpiration of the whole.
On the vertical rigid slats, we place the 9 cm block of pocket springs that are encapsulated by the frame, preventing them from moving laterally.
Above the springs and practically flush with the frame, we have 2 cm of Natural Latex and Natural Fiber to give a regular visual finish to the bed, in addition to generating better comfort and breathability.
The fabric of our upholstery chart covers the entire frame together with the quilted upholstery as a hood. The upper fabric on which the mattress will rest will be a 100% cotton fabric with logo that will facilitate transpiration.
