General characteristics:

Latex: Its density of 65kg/m³ ensures greater durability and strength. Its excellent qualities provide a supportive sleep experience with outstanding elasticity and minimal pressure, maximum breathability thanks to its open-cell structure, and antibacterial and antifungal properties that prevent the proliferation of dust mites. It features 3 comfort zones.

Viscool: This thermosensitive cellular memory foam differs from standard memory foam in that it has a large cell diameter. This allows for smoother airflow and helps maintain a stable body temperature while you sleep. It also provides extra soft, enveloping comfort.

Adaptech Foam: Designed to enhance the comfort of the padding. Its HR foam structure has been modified to provide a softer feel, which, together with the material layered on top of it, offers different levels of support and surface comfort.

Microclima Fiber: A system of fibers specially formulated to reduce heat buildup in the sleeping area, increasing comfort and protecting the mattress core from the moisture generated by our bodies, thereby keeping the bed in optimal hygienic condition.

Stretch Fabric: Soft, flexible, and comfortable, it adapts perfectly to the body’s movements, allowing you to feel the comfort of the surface padding and exceptionally conveying the different sensations provided by the various components.

Insulating Fabric: This fabric is designed exclusively to protect both the padding and the mattress core. Thanks to this thin fabric, we can prevent moisture buildup and protect the core from damage caused by accidental spills of various liquids.

Breathable, Non-Slip Fabric: A fabric designed with a special modified yarn that minimizes the mattress’s movement on the base and also features a breathable bottom layer that allows moisture to escape from the core, preventing moisture buildup.

Removable Cover: Mattresses designed with a zipper around the entire perimeter, allowing you to easily remove the entire cover at any time. This offers certain benefits, such as making it easier to clean the cover or changing the mattress’s comfort level.

Adjustable: Mattresses with this system are designed with a core that allows them to adapt perfectly to the movement of an adjustable base in conjunction with our body.

Reversible: Thanks to this feature, the mattresses can be rotated and flipped to use both sides without affecting their physical properties for rest, since the core is completely symmetrical. We significantly extend the mattress’s durability by minimizing the formation of sleep zones over its lifespan.

Side Handles: Handles sewn onto the mattress edge make it easier to move the mattress, whether turning it or flipping it over. This helps us avoid improper posture that could lead to overexertion, thereby preventing potential injuries.

Anti-dust mite: The treatments carried out on fabric, padding and core materials ensure an antibacterial and fungicidal mattress that prevents the proliferation of dust mites.

ERGOMED ELECTRIC BED BASE

General characteristics:

Wooden frame: Its natural origin provides greater stability to the bed base structure, as it is a solid frame. This ensures high durability for the bed base structure.

Laminated beech sheets: Made from laminated and steam-bent beech wood, they offer natural flexibility and elasticity. Beech wood is the best choice for manufacturing sheets because it provides the best elasticity and resilience.

Aeroflex mattress toppers: A set of two blue-tinted, machined beechwood toppers designed to provide greater flexibility in the shoulder area. This provides excellent comfort, especially for people who tend to sleep on their side, helping to prevent excessive pressure.

Pivoting rubber ball joints: Thanks to their pivot-mounted design, they act as a “spring,” enhancing the flexibility of the slats and minimizing pressure. The ball joints, made of high-strength thermoplastic rubber, offer greater durability.

Pivoting lumbar support: Designed to provide support for the lower back. The pivoting lumbar support connects the slats in pairs, doubling the level of firmness that each slat would provide on its own. They are specially designed to enhance the support provided by the pivoting rubber pads.

Machined Joint: By machining the parts that make up the joint, we create circular shapes at the ends, ensuring an optimal, movable fit. We achieve a refined aesthetic and provide visual continuity to the joint’s movement.

Joint support for bearings: A support system that complements joint movement. When raised, it provides additional support to the joint planes. The wheeled design facilitates continuous support during movement. Available only in custom sizes.

5 adjustment zones: The sleeping surface of our electric bed bases is divided into five adjustment zones, allowing for independent adjustment of the most important areas of the body. We adjust the bed to the desired position to ensure comfort for the head, back, hips, legs, and feet.

Laminated Wood Joints: In adjustable bed bases, the moving parts are essential because they allow the bed to conform to the body. The use of laminated wood joints ensures optimal weight distribution and elasticity for every part of the body, while also guaranteeing maximum durability.

Dual motors: All of our adjustable bed bases are equipped with two motors—one for the head end and one for the foot end—manufactured in Europe, each with 4,500 Nw of force. They are integrated into a single housing, ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Multifunction Remote Control: Our adjustable bed bases come with a wired multifunction remote control. It allows you to adjust the adjustable sections to suit your needs. For one-piece double models, the remote control is wireless.
