For this reason, at Smattex we design our beds using a maximum of natural components, always prioritizing them over materials that have undergone some kind of transformation process. At the same time, we only select those natural components in which the supplier guarantees to obtain them through a sustainable exploitation that avoids the depletion of natural resources. Smattex has been working for years and improving the incorporation of natural raw materials in its products. Handmade product: Handcrafted product, manufactured and sewn by the expert hands of our master mattress makers, which make this product a unique piece. Pocket springs: Achieves exceptional movement adjustment and adaptability. Spring height 14 cm, six and a half turns in barrel shape with a thickness of 1.90 and 1.80 mm. 800 springs in a 180×200 cm mattress. Internal Capitoné: Handcrafted process, a needle is pierced through the core of the mattress from part to part, joining both parts with a tape that fixes the quilts. Better distribution of comfort and a more enveloping volume of the padding. Trevira Bioactive: Incorporates silver ions in its composition and becomes an antibacterial and fungicidal material. With natural fibers, it creates a layer that absorbs perspiration, prevents bad odors and fights fungi and bacteria. Bamboo: Bamboo fiber is extremely soft so it provides a greater softness of comfort, also thanks to its structure it favors the transpiration of the core and helps the absorption of moisture. Cotton: Its most outstanding qualities are moisture wicking, maximum breathability, tensile strength, elasticity and its insulating properties prevent the possibility of allergic reactions. Wool: Its elasticity, comfort and softness are some of its main qualities that have made it one of the most widely used natural fibers in the market for quality rest. Summer and Winter: The quilting with certain natural fibers on each side of the mattress enhances its breathability qualities. We will keep our body temperature stable during the rest according to the time of the year. Dynamic: The core of the mattress is designed to be articulated on an adaptable bed without losing any of its comfort qualities. We gain practicality while maintaining a rest of the highest quality. Foam Comfort: High-density foam that molds softly to the body allowing for personalized comfort with high durability and low pressure. Foam Support: Customized set of high-density foam that covers the entire surface of the bed and provides less internal displacement and perfect stability. HD Encapsulation: Perimeter encapsulation of high density foam, which provides a complete adjustment of the entire surface of the mattress, obtaining stability and firmness in the spring structure.
