General characteristics:

• FRAME Made of vaporized beech laminate, 14 cm high and 3.5 cm thick. Upholstered finish.
• LECHO Upholstered in non-slip fabric upholstered in microclimate fiber with internal quilting. Side upholstered to match the frame. Bed is 9 cm thick.
• ARTICULATIONS Manufactured in beech laminates.
• MANDO Advance model individual measures. Model Matrimonio measures of marriage with specific engine without courtesy light.
• LEGS 4 legs are required for all sizes in one piece.

Internal capitonné

The internal capitonné is used throughout the bed of this bed base to attach the fabric to the Dunlop Foam Support core of the bed. This is supported by the cross-laminated timber struts located transversely at the joints. The fastening process consists of going through the Dunlop Foam Support core with a needle from part to part, in this way we join both parts with a tape that fixes to the block the upper fabric quilted in Microclima Fiber, this process is carried out by our upholsterers in a completely handmade way. In this way we achieve greater support of the quilted fabric in addition to interacting with the movement of the bed base when articulating.

The plates:

Vaporized Beech: It is distinguished by the natural manufacture with the maximum qualities of comfort for the rest set. They add greater naturalness to the set with the maximum qualities.

Hardware:

Reinforced Movement Hardware : The hardware designed exclusively by Dunlopillo with lateral reinforcement, performs in our bed bases the precise movement at all times allowing a maximum load of up to 120 kg.

Engines:

Bluetooth system: Allows connection to mobile devices without interference and with greater precision, reacting immediately to positioning commands. Energy Saver: When the motors stop being used, they automatically go to a stop state, in which they do not consume electricity despite being connected to the mains, allowing a minimum consumption. Remote Control: Through applications for iOs and Android platforms can control the movements of the bed base through tablets and smartphones. Flashlight: The remote control has an integrated LED flashlight in the same housing that simply by pressing a button illuminates us as a conventional flashlight. Courtesy light: This led lighting is integrated in the lower part of the motor housing and is activated from the remote control, generating a courtesy light to avoid accidents in the dark. Independent electronic lowering: In case of mains failure the motor incorporates a 9V battery that allows lowering to the rest position.
